When you contact The Veltrix Systems, we collect the name, email, phone number, company, selected service and project details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss our services.
Information handling
We do not sell your enquiry information. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your request. The private HRM workspace also stores employee contact and employment details, attendance records and leave requests for internal administration. HRM records are accessible only to authorized administrators. Hosting and communication providers may process information to operate the website and deliver our response.
Your choices
To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, email theveltrexsystems@gmail.com. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data through the form.
Cookies and external links
The public website does not require marketing cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is saved locally in your browser. External links, including WhatsApp, are governed by the policies of those providers. Administrative access uses a security token stored in the administrator’s browser session.
